5 New Restaurant Openings in NYC You Should Know About

There are plenty of restaurants in New York City, but maybe you want to try something entirely new and we don't blame you.

So we made a quick list of the new restaurant openings that seem like the most exciting additions to the city's culinary space. Here they are!

Bronson’s Burgers

A new burger joint in Soho from the team behind Wayla and Kimika. Bronson’s Burgers serves fried chicken sandwiches, a BLT, and several different kinds of fries, as well as a matcha milkshake and more.

They are located in the former Torrisi space on Mulberry Street. Open every day from 11 am to 10 pm.

Baby Luc's

Mark Iacono and the team behind Lucali opened a slice shop in Carroll Gardens called Baby Luc’s. The slice shop is supposed to be a more accessible option than the famous Lucali, according to Iacono.

Au Za’atar

This is the second location of a famous Lebanese food spot that gained popularity because of TikTok. The restaurant is located in the former Rosa Mexicano space on 58th Street in Midtown East.

Grub Street

If never tried Lebanese cuisine or want to try creamy labne topped with olives and a slick of olive oil or grilled mix platter with sumac-dusted fries, then Au Za’atar is the best spot for it.

The restaurant is open every day from 5 pm to 10 pm.

Saint Theo’s

This is a new upscale Italian restaurant in the West Village. Founded by the team behind American Bar and Cafe Clover.

This is the newest addition to Lower Manhattan’s rooftop bars. They are serving colorful cocktails and seafood-heavy bar snacks with beautiful views from the top of The Nolitan Hotel.
