In this video I made the most juicy, fall off the bone pork spare ribs that you would ever want to eat. I used my buddies 3-3-1 method again and not the 3-2-1 method. I think that one extra hour of wrapped cook time makes all the difference in the tenderness of the meat. Try this method the next time you cook a huge slab of ribs because if you do then you will never go back to your original way of cooking them.
