Smoked Barbecue Chicken Lollipops | Traeger Cooking
A different way to cook and eat smoked chicken legs. The chicken lollipop is a "frenched" chicken leg. The meat is cut loose from the small end and the rest is pushed down creating a "lollipop" look. The leg bone is left clean and creates the "stick" for easy holding. The smokey and sticky sweet flavor will keep them coming back and you won't even have messy hands.
