How to make Banh Cuon | Vietnamese pork rice rolls
Welcome to this episode of TLA cooks. This week I will show you how to make a traditional Vietnamese dish called Banh Cuon (Vietnamese pork rice rolls). For this dish you will need: 1 package of Banh Cuon Flour Mix 1/4 cup of Black Fungus Pepper and Sugar Salt 1/2 Red onion 1 to 1.5 of minced pork 2 mini cucumbers (Persian Cucumbers) 1 Cha Lua Pork Roll 1/2 packet of Fresh Bean Sprouts Fried white onions/ basil (Optional Garnish) Vietnamese Fish Sauce: 1 cup white sugar 5 spoons hot water 1 spoon white vinegar 1 tbs chilli paste (Can be bought pre-made) This dish is delicious as it is famous.
