It has been more than a month since Naseem Isaiah Roulack, 21, also known as "Lil Nas," made a daring escape from the custody of the Virginia Department of Corrections. The young Woodbridge man had been serving a 13-year sentence for a string of serious offenses, including aggravated malicious wounding, grand larceny, and a hit and run incident in Prince William County. Now, the search for his whereabouts continues, leaving authorities and the community on edge.

Roulack's audacious escape occurred on August 12th at around 5:50 a.m. while he was receiving medical treatment at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital in Henrico County. Despite the presence of two state corrections officers, Roulack managed to slip away, evading capture and leaving law enforcement agencies puzzled.

The Virginia Department of Corrections is spearheading the relentless hunt for Roulack, collaborating closely with the Virginia State Police as well as local and federal authorities. To aid in his capture, the U.S. Marshals Service has offered a substantial $5,000 cash reward to anyone providing information that leads to Roulack's apprehension. Tips can be submitted at 1-877-WANTED2 or through the USMS Tips app, ensuring that the public has a crucial role to play in this ongoing manhunt.

Authorities have issued a stern warning to the public, urging them not to approach Roulack under any circumstances. Instead, they ask anyone with information about his whereabouts to immediately contact 1-877-896-5764, dial #77, or contact 911. Roulack is described as a Black male, standing at 5'8" and weighing 225 pounds, with distinctive brown eyes. He sports four identifiable tattoos, including "Marie" on his chest, "RIP Ish" on his left arm, "Cut Throat" on his right cheek, and "Faith Is Seeing Light With Your Heart When All Your Eyes See Is Darkness" on his right arm.

The escape of Naseem Isaiah Roulack has captured the attention of the community and law enforcement agencies alike, serving as a reminder of the challenges faced in maintaining the security of correctional facilities. As the search intensifies, the hope remains that Roulack will be brought to justice swiftly, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of residents in the region.

Lake Ridge Residents Stunned as Stray Arrow Hits Beloved Dog

In a harrowing incident that unfolded in Lake Ridge, a family's peaceful evening in their own backyard took a terrifying turn when a stray arrow found its way into their lives. The shocking event occurred on Wednesday evening, leaving both residents and their beloved Yorkshire terrier mix in a state of distress. At approximately 7:35 p.m., local law enforcement received an urgent call from the 12700 block of Dulcinea Place. The reason for their visit was unsettling – arrows had struck a home and, more alarmingly, a family pet. The residents were enjoying the serenity of their backyard when an arrow suddenly pierced the air and struck their dog. Prince William County police Master Officer Renee Carr detailed the unnerving experience, revealing that the Yorkshire terrier mix was the unfortunate victim of this seemingly random act. Swift action was taken by the family, who rushed their injured pet to an emergency veterinarian. Fortunately, the initial assessment brought a glimmer of relief amidst the chaos: the injuries sustained by the dog were deemed non-life threatening. While the dog's well-being remained a top priority, the incident left the family shaken and perplexed by the inexplicable event that had unfolded in the tranquility of their own backyard. As the investigation unfolded, it was revealed that one of the arrows had struck the rear doorframe of the family's residence, while another found its target in the rear doorframe of a neighboring home where a 23-year-old woman happened to be in the backyard. Thankfully, there were no additional injuries or reports of property damage. Despite the police response, a significant mystery still surrounds this disturbing incident. At present, no suspect has been located, leaving the community on edge and calling for vigilance. Residents are urged to remain cautious and report any suspicious activity, as the safety of both pets and people in Lake Ridge remains paramount. In the wake of this traumatic event, the community has rallied around the affected family, offering support and empathy as they navigate the aftermath of a stray arrow's shocking intrusion into their lives.
