Pop-rising singer-songwriter, ROSIE, has released her newest single “Next Life.” The new single with Arista Records, is extremely powerful. “Next Life” comes after ending last year on a high note with the release of her debut EP “20mg of Happiness.” ROSIE is known for keeping it real with her audience and they love it.

Behind “Next Life”

“Next Life” is a song about starting over and looking beyond our existence. It is a dramatic, piano-driven anthem captures ROSIE’s difficult journeys in life. It captures her tough journeys towards self-love, mental wellness, and inner growth. When asked about the song she says, “I wanted to add a sense of hope each time the chorus circles back.”. In the chorus of the song she sings,

“But maybe in my next life/I can live my best life/Care a little less like, ahh/Even in the hard times/I won’t let me dark side/Take over my mind like, ahh”

“This song evokes a wide range of emotions, but I hope that ultimately it sends the message: we’re all just human beings, doing our best to feel our best, whether it is in this life, or in our next life,” she says. Along with the single she also released a music video. In the music video, ROSIE sings the warm and downhearted chorus and melodies. Along with that, the frame flips back and forth in between her “Next Life” and current life.

ROSIE On Tour

Following the release of “Next Life” ROSIE will head on tour, supporting Chelsea Cutler as one of her opening acts. The North American tour kicks off on March 9th, in Austin, Texas. There are over 20 tour dates on which she will perform. Listen to “Next Life” and stay updated with the latest from ROSIE below.
