Best Ribs in San Francisco | Brought to you by the Letter B | Part 1
In this Classic CETV episode, chef Ellard joins his friend Ben, in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of SF, to BBQ up some ribs, play Bocce, and drink Beer. All sponsored by the Letter B. "These were literally the best ribs I've ever had, said chef Ellard. So it's lucky we filmed the whole thing." In the first part of this two part episode, the duo head to Drewes Brothers Meats, a butcher shop that first opened in 1889, but has since closed. Then the two buddies pick up beer and produce before returning to Ben's to begin the ribs. After Ben gets the ribs cooking, a gang of bandits heads out to play bocce and returns home in true West Side Story fashion. Stay tuned for Part 2.
