Chef Ellard heads to Sausalito for the first day of Dungeness Crab season in the Bay Area. He is the head chef Chef for a large crab boil / Birthday Party at Joe's Garage. 99 crabs get eaten and one is named and freed back into the Bay to tell his tale.
