According to this report, Walt Disney World has announced, that its character breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at its restaurants are returning and have already reopened in the Magic Kingdom, Polynesian Village, and Beach Club Resorts.
The slow pace of these character dining experiences returning to normal is due to the pandemic.
The Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom, Tusker House at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort are some of the restaurants where guests can dine with Disney characters.
Crystal Palace Dining
The Crystal Palace is a restaurant located in the middle of the Magic Kingdom resembling England’s Crystal Palace, which was erected in Hyde Park to house the Great Exhibition of 1851.
It is inspired by Victorian greenhouses of the late 1800s and brims with light, topiaries and tropical palms. It’s an enchanting spot to dine in the heart of Magic Kingdom park with views of Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A.
Chef Mickey's Dining
Chef Mickey’s is a character dining experience in Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World. This restaurant is popular because of its convenient location near Magic Kingdom and its longstanding status as a rite of passage character meal at Walt Disney World.
Tusker House Dining
Tusker House is a restaurant located in the Africa section of Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World Resort. It is a buffet-style restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
