Best Soup Dumplings Variety/Rainbow Soup Dumplings @ Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, Flushing, Queens, NYC

Look at how colorful these rainbow soup dumplings are! We visited Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao to have some delicious soup dumplings on a chilly NYC evening. Nan Xiang Dumpling House has been a favorite in Flushing, Queens for 15 years and is the perfect restaurant choice for those who crave authentic Northern Chinese food. Their house specialty is its wide variety of soup dumplings (XLB), which are made in-house. A soup dumpling (xiao long bao) is a type of Chinese steamed bun made with a rich broth (the soup) and flavorful meat (usually ground pork or crab meat) & other fillings of choice, encased in a delicate and silky wrapper. During this visit, we ordered the Crab Meat & Pork Soup Dumplings, Lucky Six Soup Dumplings, and Three Treasures Soup Dumplings. We also enjoyed the Iced Sweet Soy Milk and the Scallion Pancake with Sliced Beef. Watch to see what we think of each soup dumpling flavor and which is our favorite!
