Walk With Us in Elmhurst, Queens | Walking NYC, New York

We walk throughout the Elmhurst area after eating lunch at Pho Bac. It started to get a little rainy during the time we walked, so we did a quick walk down Broadway and then a bit around the residential areas past all the supermarkets. Elmhurst used to be called Newtown and has more than a 50% Asian population. My family and I grew up in Elmhurst; I lived here for 10 years before moving to Michigan for a few years. Some restaurants that we mention along the way include: Pho Bac, Akino Sushi, Joju Vietnamese Sandwiches, Anda Cafe, Lao Fu Zhou, Lao Bei Fang Dumpling House, Vivi Bubble Tea, and Quickly Bubble Tea. We also pass by the Moore Homestead Playground, which brings back a lot of good memories for me growing up and playing there!
