This is a great park to come with family or friends - it has a nice swimming beach with picnic and play areas. Although it was a little cold (would recommend bringing a jacket) when we went, we still had a nice time.
They recently redid this entire park and I think it looks very updated. Sometimes parking can be a challenge though, but they have a lower lot by the boat docks.
You can also rent paddleboards and kayaks here which is a super fun summer activity!
