Brit Floyd to perform at the Akron Civic Theatre

Akron, OH - Brit Floyd, a Pink Floyd tribute band, will be coming soon to perform on the stage of Akron Civic Theatre on August 31.

Formed in 2011, Brit Floyd will return to the stage with their "The World's Greatest Pink Floyd Show" in 2021. They toured several cities and regions in the United States, and Akron is one of them.

The show highlights from The Wall, The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, and The Division Bell are among the music included.

They will show you a 23-minute 'note-for-note performance of Pink Floyd's groundbreaking 1971 album Meddle's legendary song Echoes, written 50 years ago.

Their members consist of Ryan Saranich as saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist, Matt Riddle on Keyboards, Karl Penney on the Drums.

Eva Avila as a vocalist, Damian Darlington as their Musical Director, guitarist doubled as a vocalist, Ian Cattell as the Bass Guitarist. He also does vocals, Chapman stick, and trumpet.

Edo Scordo is on the guitar and vocals, Arran Ahmun as their drummer, Jacquie Williams as backing vocals, Gareth Darlington as the sound designer, and front-of-house engineer Bryan Kolupski as the media director of the band.

These lineups will offer you an incredible show, and there will be a VIP Meet & Greet Soundcheck package available for you.

VIPs will have to arrive at the venue at 5 PM on show day and will have first access to all event goods and the opportunity to speak with show officials.

The VIP audience will be treated to a unique extra performance of two classic Pink Floyd songs that Brit Floyd's didn't perform in the evening event.
