CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH - The Cuyahoga Falls Fire Department just announced an Open House and Pancake Breakfast event on Sunday, September 5, from 8 AM to noon, at Fire Station #3, 1601 Portage Trail.

This event is hosted by The Cuyahoga Falls Firefighter Memorial Foundation and is open to all public. Guests will be invited to take tours around the newly built Fire Station #3.

The price for pancake breakfast is $8 per person with a $40 maximum per family. All proceeds from the pancake breakfast event will benefit the Cuyahoga Falls Firefighter Memorial Foundation and used for help funding the construction of a memorial site that will be located at Fire Station #1, 1924 Front Street. Visitors will be able to view preliminary designs of the memorial site.

The pancake breakfast will be presented by Chris Cakes Catering. Other than pancakes, they also serve all-you-can-eat menus like sausage, orange juice, and coffee.

Parking is available at Bolich Middle School. The Cuyahoga Falls Fire Department will provide shuttle services.

The Cuyahoga Falls Firefighter Memorial Foundation will also sell t-shirts and merchandise along with raffle baskets.

“I am excited to finally be able to welcome the community to come together to see and enjoy our beautiful new Fire Station #3,” stated Cuyahoga Falls Fire Chief Chris Martin. “I am incredibly proud of all of our firefighters who are involved in the fundraising efforts for our firefighter memorial and am grateful for all of the support that is being given to the Cuyahoga Falls Firefighter Memorial Foundation.”
