Tennessee Titans news today involves two roster moves. The first one was the surprise retirement of DT Abry Jones, who left the team just before the start of Titans training camp. The second is the addition of veteran pass rusher John Simon, who played for head coach Mike Vrabel as part of the Houston Texans organization years ago. Simon will likely serve as a backup at outside linebacker, if he even makes the roster. Meanwhile, the loss of Jones does leave the team thin on the interior of the defensive line.
