According to an interesting study by Word Tips, our Midland America accent, characterized by the people in states like Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa, stands proudly in the top-tier list of America's favorite accents. With a positivity rating of 24.8%, we have secured an impressive 11th spot in this nationwide ranking!

From the sunflower fields of Kansas to the arch city of St. Louis and the cornfields of Iowa, the comforting rhythm and clear, straightforward tone of our Midland America accent surely make us stand out.

But let's not forget our charming neighbors! The New Orleans accent claimed the top spot in the ranking, resonating with a solid 46.4% positivity rating.

And when it comes to celebrity accents, Idris Elba is the world’s favorite, with an astounding positivity rating of 77.7%. On the global scene, the Tunisian accent bagged the title of the world's favorite national accent, garnering a 52.0% positivity rating.
