Per an official release from the IRS, he did this by operating primarily in cash and failing to file individual income tax and employment tax returns. In total, Clark's total tax liability is $236,791.

Clark faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison, probation following release, and monetary restitution. A sentencing date in the case has not been announced.

IRS-Criminal Investigation is overseeing the case.

It is worth noting that, despite Clark's arrest and subsequent guilty plea, Clark Overhead Doors has an active website. The company shares "our garage door company is here to take care of all your garage door needs. Our company is a garage door supplier like no other – our products are always of the highest quality! For over 33 years now, our licensed and insured company has helped folks with their garage door issues – and every time we have achieved the delivery of high quality results."
