Businesswoman Blac Chyna's long-awaited trial against the Kardashians has ended after nine days in court and lengthy jury deliberation.
Kris Jenner - Kardashian matriarch and alleged broker of Kim's infamous sex tape - had come in swinging with sudden allegations that her son's ex-fiancee actually tried to murder him, and maybe even his little sister too.
Jury and Fans Doubt the Kardashian Account of Alleged Abuse
What's more, Kris and Rob (mother-and-son duo) alleged the incident occurred just weeks after Blac Chyna had given birth via cesarean to their now five-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian. This fact provoked an outpouring of distrust from online followers as online personalities began to point out that caesareans not only leave mothers bedridden for months but cause excruciating pain. How could petite Chyna - around five feet tall - just weeks after a C-section - attack and harm Rob, who towers over six feet and weighed nearly 300 pounds at the time of the alleged assault?
Indeed, as Chyna'a attorney Lynn Ciani pointed out to reporters following the verdict:
"The jury found that Chyna had not physically abused Rob Kardashian..."
Still, the jury did not award Chyna damages despite the fact that they also ruled that all four defendants (Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie) intentionally interfered with Chyna's contracts with the E! Network.
Robert Kardashian Jr.'s ex-fiancee Blac Chyna (born Angela White) found herself in the hot-seat when the court considered the Kardashian accusations against her. According to the mega-famous billionaire family, Blac Chyna had actually threatened murder more than once, and against more than one Kardashian sibling.
The supposed danger first began in 2012 when, according to youngest "Kardashian" sibling Kylie Jenner, Blac Chyna threatened to "kill" her. Indeed, her mother Kris Jenner claimed that Kylie and Kylie's then-boyfriend Tyga both informed her at the time of Chyna's threat. [At the time, Tyga was leaving Chyna, his fiancee and mother of his baby, for teenage Kylie Jenner, whom had been posing as their kid's babysitter.]
What's more, the matriarch accused Chyna of trying to kill her son during their surprise 2016 romance. In fact, when asked by Chyna's attorney if she truly believes Chyna "attempted to murder Rob", she insisted that she did. Indeed, Kris and her attorney - a very powerful corporate litigator for big tech titans like Facebook, Twitter and Google - used this basis as the defense for Kris's texts to Chyna's employer E! media network in which she demanded the young woman be fired, calling her "stupid" and "super ghetto" and "drunk for three days", among other slurs.
Blac Chyna's Also Deemed Physical Threat by the Kardashians
Blac Chyna's mother, meanwhile, has also chimed in on the trial, commenting online that the Kardashians present at the trial "looked dead." She also reportedly said during a rant on her social media during Easter Weekend:
"Mama goose and her ugly ducklings will be marched into court to squat, quack, and leave the golden eggs."
The Kardashians and their legal representation, meanwhile, claimed to feel threatened by Tokyo Toni's blunt and occasionally foul-mouthed demeanor, going so far as to have the Dominican Republic-born mother banned from the courtroom on the grounds that she made "veiled physical threats" online. According to their defense attorney, Kris Jenner "was physically worried...about her safety."
What is Blac Chyna's Next Move?
Tokyo Toni spoke with TMZ reporters soon after the verdict unfolded, explaining that she believes, like many others, that Judge Alarcon, who has a rumored history of accepting big-name bribes, did not allow a fair trial. She is currently helping to raise money for her daughter so that they may appeal the case and sue again for proper damages, as she explains below:
