NOW OPEN: The Finch in Grand Prairie’s EpicCentral

The Finch – Grill & Raw Bar has officially opened the doors of its highly anticipated location at 2955 S. State Hwy 161 in Grand Prairie.

A popular neighborhood staple for brunch, lunch and dinner, The Finch’s second location in Texas kicks off the first of four Milkshake Concepts restaurants opening in EpicCentral this year. The Finch will offer a special brunch menu for Mother’s Day and encourages guests to make their reservations as early as possible.

“We’re pleased to begin our journey in Grand Prairie with a concept that has quickly become the go-to destination for friends and family to brunch and dine in Dallas,” said Milkshake Concepts CEO Imran Sheikh. “We are confident that The Finch will be an equally welcome addition to EpicCentral and can’t wait to share our one-of-a-kind culinary experience and warm and inviting atmosphere with the local community.”

A restaurant where guests are welcome at any time for any occasion, The Finch is a charming dining experience with its revitalizing salads, exciting-yet-familiar entrées and inviting raw bar featuring an extensive selection of fresh-caught seafood. The restaurant also offers daily specials such as its Black Angus Prime Rib, Local Wagyu Short Ribs, Handmade Pasta of the Day and Jumbo Shrimp & Grits.

The Finch in Grand Prairie is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., closing at 11 p.m. on Friday. The restaurant also operates on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Only lunch and dinner are currently available, with brunch launching on April 29.

The modern American neighborhood restaurant debuted in Dallas’ Mockingbird Station in November, joining Milkshake Concepts’ impressive portfolio of influential restaurants, including Vidorra, Harper’s, STIRR and Serious Pizza. A third location is slated to open this year in Nashville.
