(DENVER, Colo.) Memorial Day weekend in the Mile High City will have no shortage of events, from a free rock music festival to farmer's markets and more.

Once more, we’ve made it through another work week under the sun.

Denver's weather over Memorial Day weekend will begin warm and dry, with near-record temperatures near 90 Friday and Saturday. However, cooler and wetter weather will arrive by Sunday.

Celebrate 23 years of supporting art at the Denver Arts Festival

Witness fine arts and crafts from Colorado artists and a select few national artists this Saturday and Sunday at Central Park.

In addition to some of Colorado's and the nation's best art, the festival will also feature a kid's art zone, wine tasting for adults and more.

Headbang all day at Denver Day of Rock music festival

Calling all rock enthusiasts in the Denver metro area: Denver Day of Rock will run from 1:45 to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday.

The free one-day festival will feature four stages of live music in Denver's LoDo District and will raise funds for Amp the Cause to continue support for non-profits in the community.

Compete against breakers of all levels in the Red Bull BC One

After a seven-year hiatus, global-breaking competition Red Bull BC One returns to the Mile High City from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Sculpture Park.

This free qualifier event will give Denverites the chance to become the next global champion this November.

Highlands Farmers Market

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Denverites and visitors from all over can experience everything from cabbage and lettuce to fruits, flowers, pastries and more at the Highlands Farmers Market.

The farmer's market will feature live music, entertainment and libations.
