(DENVER, Colo.) Hump day in the Mile High City will be sunny and warm following a week of rain showers, thunderstorms and weekend snow.
The National Weather Service in Boulder predicts sunny skies Wednesday with a high temperature near 71.
Breezy conditions will persist all day, with north winds at 6 to 16 mph. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph. Check out the tweet from the weather service below for a regional forecast for Wednesday:
The skies over Denver Wednesday evening are expected to be mostly clear while the low temperature drops to around 46.
Expect north winds at 5 to 9 mph to become southwest after midnight.

More warm and sunny conditions are anticipated for Denver Thursday.
The weather service predicts a high temperature near 82 Thursday. Expect calm winds to become northeast at 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.
Mostly clear skies will sit over Denver Thursday evening while the low temperature drops to around 52.
East to northeast winds at 5 to 7 mph are set to become calm in the evening.
