Yoga for You: Backpackers!

(or really, anyone who uses backpacks šŸ˜Ž) First video in the new Yoga for You series is inspired by holiday travels. Carrying a backpack can be very convenient but it does come with some physical tolls. Yoga for You, Backpackers! aims to get the body ready for heavy lifting, as well as destress from muscle overuse.
