If you want to spend 24 hours exploring Rochester's beauty, here's how.

Peace Plaza is the place to start your biking vacation in Rochester. It features a variety of shops, restaurants, and events all year long. While downtown, head to the Rochester Farmer's Market to shop for all of your local needs. There, you'll find everything from fresh produce to coffee.

Then, there is the Quarry Hill Nature Center. The highlight of the place is its animal exhibit, which features a 1700 gallon aquarium with seven different varieties of fish.

If you're looking for a place to eat that's good for you, head to the award-winning Tonic Local Kitchen and Cafe, which is known for its organic juice blends, breakfast, wraps, soups, and sandwiches. There are also some great options for dinner, such as Roscoe's Root Beer & Pork Chops.

The Rochester Art Center is located on the banks of the river. It features world-class exhibitions and programming for you to spend the rest of your afternoon.

After a day of exploring the city's craft brewery scene, head back to downtown to check out Grand Rounds Brew Pub. Hop on your bikes and walk or ride to Forager Brewery, and enjoy a free tulip each time they visit. After a long day of touring the beautiful Douglas State trail, head to LTS Brewing Company for a taste of their award-winning beer.

The next morning. You can eat a good breakfast and take a last look at the city at the same time. The People's Food Co-op has both options, and they are both made daily.
