ST. PAUL, MN - Both St. Paul and Minneapolis have something to offer, but they can't be more different. St. Paul is known for its historic buildings and narrow streets. In contrast, Minneapolis is known for its trendy restaurants and nightlife.

For a 2-day staycation, you can enjoy both of the twins through several amusements.

On your first day, the Minnesota State Fair is a must-visit event for anyone wanting to experience the unique attractions it has to offer. During its 12-day run, I wandered through the fair's various attractions and shops. After a day of wandering the fair, head back to St. Paul to take in its elegant old homes.

By nightfall, head to the Keg and Case Market for dinner. There, you can try a variety of cuisines and drink a great beer while watching a live band.

Paisley Park is a must-see for anyone who was a huge Prince fan. You must go on the Ultimate Experience to experience what it is like to be in the studio and hear Prince's music.

After a long day, you need to stop by the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. It is a beautiful day, and you will be fulfilled after spoiling your passion for sculptures.

The Stone Arch Bridge is a beautiful view from the Mississippi River. As you walk past the Guthrie Theater, take a photo of this modern addition to show it to your loved ones.

Lastly, go explore the Chain of Lakes. After exploring the Chain of Lakes, head to Trio Plant-Based for dinner. It is a great place to end your lovely weekend with a comforting meal.
