Hampton, GA, December 10, 2022– Southern Crescent Women in Business has set the standard again with their 3rdAnnual Chairwomen Empowerment Luncheon and Awards. The Luncheon has become a staple in the local business community and sets the tone for the following year, while wrapping up the current year. This year’s luncheon and awards raised the bar with not one speaker but several phenomenal speakers, including the Keynote Speaker, Pastor Dr. Jamal Bryant. Dr. Bryant is nationally and internationally known for his amazing oratorical skills. The luncheon included other Guest Speakers Yasmine Murray, COO & General Counsel of H.J. Russell and Company, Henry County State Court Judge Chaundra Lewis, Emmy Award Winning Poet Laureate Hank Stewart, and Entrepreneur Alicia Williams.
The awardees included two Leadership Awards to Pastor Coylitia O’Neal and The Honorable Sabriya Hill, Clerk of Superior Court. Media Awards were presented to honorees Sylvia Wray of the Alzheimers Services Center, Kiya Page of Page Testing Solutions and Tyronica Carter of Radiant Styles.
In addition, the 5th Edition and Winter Edition of The Southern Crescent Women in Magazine Cover was revealed with a beautiful cover of Founder Ariel Shaw, MBA, and Entrepreneurs Tyronica Carter, Shannon Smith, Danielle Phenix, Dr. Sandra Kearse, Alicia Williams, and Shirley Solomon. The Magazine will be available on shelves by mid-December for purchase. Shaw also revealed that the ladies has brokered a deal for the cover of a national magazine for 2023.
