Trees Atlanta's Annual Tree Sale

Sophie-Ann McCulloch

ATLANTA, GA - Come and join Trees Atlanta's annual Tree Sale that will showcase some of the best native plants in the region, starting this September.

The sale will include hundreds of varieties of trees, native perennials, shrubs, and tree-friendly vines that will make a beautiful layer of urban forest from the top of the canopy hanging to the ground.

Based on the success of the annual Tree Sale, in 2020, Trees Atlanta established an online store that allows them to offer the popular native plants to a wider demography.

They realized many of their customers prefer online stores because it is convenient and fast compared to the traditional store. But, some of the customers still liking the interaction made from in-person stores, so to keep the best of both worlds Trees Atlanta now runs both stores.

Customers can order their plant starting from September 3 until September 20, and orders they made through the online store will be prepared and ready for pick up on September 25 and 26 located at Murphy Crossing. A delivery service will be available. The link to the online store will be posted on on an opening day.

The In-person store this year is called “Second Chance Sale”, located at The Carter Center, next to the Freedom Farmers Market, 453 John Lewis Freedom Pkwy NE, Atlanta, GA 30307. The store will open on October 2, from 08:00 a.m until 02:00 p.m.

Trees Atlanta also thanked the generous partners and host for making this annual Tree Sale run smoothly, and they are excited to be back this year.
