ATLANTA, GA - Midtown Alliance, a non-profit organization in Midtown Atlanta is opening a vacancy for a full-time maintenance/landscaper.

The organization aims to improve the sustainability and life quality for residents in Midtown Atlanta. They use a comprehensive tactic to boost economic development by improving the facility and enhancing public safety.

Their priorities including urban design, public parks, plazas, transportation, and art installation to beautify and engage with the community.

To execute the mission, Midtown Alliance is offering a full-time position as maintenance and landscaper with a competitive salary and many benefits including 15 paid vacation days, 13 holidays, and 10 paid sick leave.

Maintenance and landscaper are responsible for general maintenance and landscape services, and streetscape improvements, they are required to work in various types of weather and have the ability to lift things up to 50lbs.

They are also responsible for general repairs, do special projects, support the Midtown EcoDistrict program, and act as the "eyes and ears" to identify and report if there is any issue within the community including suspicious behavior, nuisance, damaged infrastructure, and many more.

The working schedule for this position is Wednesday until Sunday from 2 p.m until 10 p.m, while working, Midtown Alliance will provide a vehicle to help your mobility around the area.

Qualifications for this position are:

- Have a High school diploma or GED

- Owned a driver's license

- 21 years old or above

- Have prior experience in landscaping is preferred

- Have a good physique and able to operate maintenance equipment

- Pay attention to details, engage with the community, and able to follow the working schedule
