1. Tumlin Park

Located at 400 Chestnut Hill Rd Marietta, GA 30064

This park has better walking paths as well as an athletic field. You can find the well-maintained playground and tennis court. There are plenty of benches for sitting and chatting. If you want to have a picnic in this park, you can go to the picnic pavilion.

“Greatest park around! I take all of my kids ranging in ages from 13-3 and they all have so much fun! I've gone as early as 10 am and been there as late as midnight and it's still a good atmosphere even at night,” said Danielle M. on Yelp.

2. East Cobb Park

The 13-acre park has an open grass field and playground. You can enjoy walking trails, stream overlook, and more. There are picnic pavilions for those who want to hold a picnic with their friend, family, or partner. Also, there is a mini hiking trail further back over the bridge near the creek.

“This is such a lovely park. It's well kept and have a lot for kids and fur babies to explore. I've done several photo shoots here and everyone just let you do your thing,” said Carla J. on Yelp.

3. Cobb Park

Located at 2776 Sanford Rd Smyrna, GA 30080

In this park, you can find nice picnic tables for your picnic lunch or breakfast. A well-maintained bathroom and playgrounds. There are shaded baby swings in the smaller park while the larger park has climbing walls, slides, big kid swings, and more.

“This is a very child friendly park for ages 1-12. We stopped here for a picnic lunch on a log distance road trip across the nation. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. The bathroom was clean and well maintained,” said Cate M. on Yelp
