The best chicken curry I ever made!!!

I was never a fan of chicken dishes except for KFC ’S chicken wings. My friend invited me to dinner, and she made Thai Red Curry Chicken and vegetables. And it was finger-licking delicious. It was a perfect combination of chicken and vegetables. So, I also made this supper at my home after a few days.

The necessary ingredients needed to make this supper are:

1 and 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces

One and a third cup medium coconut milk

2 tbsp of red curry paste

0.5 teaspoon salt in a single kit (16 ounces)

stir-fry frozen vegetable mixture

3 cups cooked hot steamed rice

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. Place the chicken in an 8-inch square baking dish. Combine coconut milk, curry paste, and salt in a small bowl; pour over the chicken.

Bake for 18-22 minutes, wrapped, or until the chicken is no longer pink. In the meantime, cook the vegetables according to package directions; drain and then the chicken and serve it with hot steamed rice.
