Upskilling myself at the Shaw Academy!

I wanted to learn the tricks and techniques of photography. I was scrolling google to get myself enrolled in some photography school to learn the basics. I came across Shaw Academy while looking for the same. I decided to pursue the link as there was something called a “four-week free trial.”

I had a flexible learning opportunity there, as I used to work most of the time in the day hours. I had the advantage of watching the video lessons in my comfortable surroundings.

In my course, they covered the basics to the end - how to shoot good photographs, framing, lighting, editing, post-production, and finally, how to prepare a portfolio.

My experience was quite pleasing and learning. My free trial ends in five days, and I have planned to continue pursuing my skill training at the academy. I have mostly attended the recorded sessions, but two or three times, I got the chance to sit in on the live session - it was much more fun concentrating. Tutors are interactive and friendly!
