How to make Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts at home
Peanuts are one of our favorite snacks. I always buy raw peanuts from the local Indian grocery store. I love to eat a handful of peanuts everyday. They are a great source of protein. I like eating them with the skin on but in this video I’m showing them without the skin. This is my mom’s recipe. I’m so happy to share it with you. Hope you’ll enjoy making this at home.
