Will Spencer Cassadine Marry Esme Prince?

GH spoilers make it clear that there is nothing Spencer won’t do to get his hands on his baby brother, Ace — if only so he can change the boy’s name. (Our bet is on Alexander, it fits his Russian heritage, his Greek one, and his family’s sense of grandeur.) Spencer has tried the court route. But the gears of justice are grinding way too slowly for the spoiled prince. So unless he and Uncle Victor opt for the straight-out kidnapping route, there is only one option left: romance.

GH Spoilers Speculation: Community Property

When Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) first came to Port Charles, she appeared to be after Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). We later learned it was all part of Ryan’s (Jon Lindstrom) plan to get her close to Nikolas (Adam Huss). But there was still a spark there. Maybe Esme doesn’t remember any of that. But Spencer could still use it to try and forge a connection with his amnesiac ex.

General Hospital: What’s Mine Is Yours

We’re not saying Spencer should actually fall for Esme. We all know his heart belongs to Trina (Tabyana Ali). But we can imagine him pretending to woo her. Even marrying her. All in his quest to become Ace’s stepfather. We can imagine Spencer asking to adopt Ace, so they can all be one big, happy family. Then he makes sure Esme goes to jail for her crimes — which leaves him with sole custody of “their” son.

GH Spoilers: Little Wrinkle

The question is: How will Trina react to his plot? If Spencer lets her in on his plan, she might go along with it…she might not. But if Spencer continues playing his lone wolf game, then we know Trina will not take it well. She’s a smart young woman. She’ll drop the cheater like the loser he is. And she won’t want to hear any explanations.
