1) Building Vinyasa Extended Live streamed & In-Person Practice with Casey Petersen:

This event is happening on July 14 from 7:30 pm to 9 pm, in which Casey Petersen will explain the details about the postures and techniques used in Vinyasa Practice. We can also pick between Live-streamed & In-person yoga practice events in this workshop. The entry fee of this event is between $15-$40.

2) In-Person Young Adult Yoga Summer Classes

This Young Adult Yoga Summer Classes with Kristen Tollini in West Seattle runs from July 14 to August 18. It is a 6-week course for just $150. These classes are for only 12-15 age groups. In these yoga classes, the main focus is on seven Essential Activities of youth for Wellbeing; Focus, Sleep, Physical, Play, Connection, Time In and Down Time. The timings of these classes are from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

3) Live Streamed Befriending Our Bodies with RW Alves:

This event is happening on Thursday, July 15, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. In this event, RW Alves will practice movement, meditation, somatic practices, and self-reflection as tools through which we can attain a healthy physique.
