Enjoy the magnificent experience of a whale watching tour!!

There are numerous cetacean viewing sites in Washington. The San Juan Islands is one of them and the best for whale viewing. The extraordinary half-day tour features spacious, comfortable indoor seating and large windows, restrooms, outside viewing decks, and a great galley — which also serves up a signature, freshly baked “blueberry buckle” on every trip.

Outside, it’s a menagerie of whales, porpoises, dolphins, seals, sea lions, otters, shorebirds, and many other species of marine life, something different every trip.

The chances of seeing whale species increase as spring and fall are known to be the time of year that gray and humpback whales pass through on their biannual migration.

Summer is the best time to view orca whales, while spring/fall is the best time for gray whale viewing. While out on the water, expect more wind than on land.

People should wear clothes in layers. One must wear tip-toed clothes and full sleeves and apply sunscreen to protect themselves from UV- rays. There are countless options for accommodations in the Seattle area.

I really enjoy exploring new things and to provide opportunities to others, so they can find the best around.
