In my kitchen, whenever I stuck on making something for any meal. At such time I always prefer cooking Zinfandel Salad which I prepare in 30 minutes. I usually take ¼ cup red Zinfandel wine and three tablespoons of red wine vinegar. These bold ingredients increase the flavors of the salad, and I sliced green onions and minced garlic cloves. Then In a blender, I combined onions, wine, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Process until onions and garlic have become puree. I added ¾ cup of mayonnaise and blended until smooth. This quick salad dressing turned out to be very creamy and garlicky. I sometimes add different vegetables to diversify the taste.
The entire family loved this. Easy to make!
