In this world of work-oriented life, we often neglect to take care of our well-being. Specifically, when we talk about mental health, there are very few people who consider it integral. We usually prioritize our work and family above our well-being. It results in adversely affecting us in all the aspects of our life. I got very busy with my office work that I often started to forget meditating, which was there in my routine for the last 4-5 years.
