Managing home and work isn't a cakewalk. Especially, when you have to be working and staying at home. It hits your mental health preeminently, and then gradually you see yourself suffering from a lot more. I lost my professional and personal life balance. I am stressed since the time I have started working from home as there is a lot more extra burden in the mind than just the office work. It was all mishmashed. I need something to revive me from this quagmire. I discussed this matter with my colleague and came across this Workplace Mental Health Awareness session by Mind Share Partners. We both signed up for it for Thursday, May 27 session. This session sounds like it is an elixir for all those suffering from workplace stress. Not just the mental stress, but this session also focuses on optimizing concentration at the workplace. It sounds like I'm going to drift back to the old happy and productive me.
