Stephanie and her husband have been trying for ages to get pregnant. When she finally finds herself expecting a baby, she is so excited and starts dreaming about her new life, as a family of three.

However, when she learns that she is pregnant, she also learns that she has cancer. If she carries her baby to term, there is a good chance that she won’t make it to raise the baby. If she goes forward with treatment, she is going to have to choose her own life over her baby’s life.

Stephanie feels like she has no choice. She has to choose the baby, who she has been dreaming of for years. However, her husband doesn’t want to raise a baby on his own. He wants her to save herself. He isn’t afraid of trying again for another baby.

I couldn’t put this book down. I am so glad that I have been trying some new authors and styles. I am just loving these books that are emotional and heart-wrenching. This reminds me of Jodi Picoult, Emma Robinson, and a few of my other new favorite authors. You just have to read this book!
