We Used a Groupon to Learn to Ice Skate at Pines Ice Arena | First Year Update

Back in February 2021, I purchased a Groupon for an 8-week Ice Skating Course for my son. I figured if he hated it, it was $125 lost. Well, 1 year later, he is still skating, and now, so am I. We are both currently taking ice skating lessons at Pines Ice Arena. Rider started with 1 day a week from February to October. Then in November, he wanted to come 3 times a week, so I decided to start too. Today I go over our experiences in learning to ice skate, what I would do differently and advice for parents or adults looking to start ice skating. I also discuss Pines Ice Arena specifically such as, what they offer in terms of classes and my thoughts on the facility.
