Attention: Calling all bookworms of Orange County, CA! The OC Public Libraries have announced an exciting challenge for this summer.

Are you ready to take on the Summer Reading Challenge? First, log 20 or more days of reading. Then, you will be entered in an opportunity drawing for a gift card. This gift card is courtesy of your local library's Friends of the Libraries.

That's not all! You can also complete fun activities to earn virtual badges. It sounds like a win-win situation.

Want to join the challenge? It's easy! Sign up at ocpl.beanstack.org, or download the free Beanstack app. It's just that simple!

You can set up one account and then add all the readers in your family. Then, everyone can participate in logging their reading progress, no matter who they are. This includes your little sister, who loves picture books, and your grandpa, who enjoys biographies.

The Summer Reading Challenge is from June 12 - July 31, 2023. Pre-registration for the Summer Reading Challenge began June 1, so get started!

Readers may start logging their progress from June 12. This is an excellent opportunity. During the summer break, you can keep up with your reading habits. You may also discover new authors and genres.
