You'd find Peche at 800 Magazine Street, Lower Garden District, New Orleans. It was established in 2013 and is one of the restaurant concepts by Donald Link Restaurant Group which is known for working to present New Orleans cuisine as a dynamic and evolving style of cooking. They're always looking to present the food as modern rather than an unchanging group of already known and over cooked dishes. Its menu boasts of delicious and unpretentious seafood cuisine from ground shrimp and noodles to catfish with pickled greens and chilli broth. The interior of the restaurant is rustic, warm and casual with an open kitchen. Peche offers private dining so you'd definitely love it if you fancy that.

Located at Loyola Avenue, New Orleans, 70113, Borgne is a place that brings out the absolute best in coastal Louisiana seafood, with an added Isleno influence for flair. Borngne prides itself on a menu that pays homage to New Orleans classics and a celebration of all that the local waterways have to offer. The seafood featured throughout the menu reflects Borgne's commitment to local, sustainable seafood. The restaurant's Executive Chef Brian Landry grew up fishing with his father and uncles at Lake Borgne, the restaurant's namesake. The fishes he caught and cooked with his family was the inspiration he had that got him interested in cooking seafood. The menu features meals like the garlic clove Louisiana shrimp and oyster spaghetti. Borgne also offers happy hour specials on food and drinks.

You'd find GW Fins at 808 Bienville Street, New Orleans, LA 70112. The restaurant was founded in 2001 by Gary Wollerman and Chef Tenny Flynn. Chef Tenny known as the fishmonger czar of the South” by The Wall Street Journal, and is a nationally-recognized expert on Gulf Seafood and is acknowledged as one of the country's foremost seafood authorities. They created their menu with a simple philosophy "Nature our menu" and the meals on it are a testament to this. Offering meals like Lobster Dumplings, Duroc Pork Chop, Oyster & Sunchoke Soup to name a few, it's no wonder it is a local's favourite. They avoid thick sauces and over-seasoning, to allow the natural flavours of the seafood to carry the dish. Their menu is constantly changing so you can count on a new experience every time. Besides the amazing seafood, the restaurant boasts of an extensive wine list, all of which are perfect companions to the seafoods. GW Fins also offers private parties.
