Fish Report | Baja California Norte Gonzaga Bay Papa Fernandez | Golden Reef Cabrilla & Grouper

In this video from November 1st 2021 I arrive into Papa Fernandez Fish Camp boat launch ramp in Baja California Norte (about 300 miles south of San Diego) on the Sea of Cortez. I receive a fish report from local Panga Captain Theodor and he told me about Cabrilla, Grouper, and White Seabass at the Golden Reef which is about 23 miles from the launch ramp.
