The restaurant debuted on Second Street between Adams and Monroe streets, within the refurbished Downtown Hyatt Regency Phoenix on December 26, 2019.
Their rustic-meets-modern design includes an indoor-outdoor bar concept that offers a pleasant, breezy ambience with an enormous street-level terrace with misters and a fire feature for year-round enjoyment.
Barrel & Bushel has an extensive craft beer list, including 11 Arizona breweries on tap, an excellent bourbon and whiskey collection, and an assortment of bright and inventive cocktails, in addition to American comfort-style cuisine.
Kale salad, as well as shared plates of beer shrimp and 72-hour pork belly with apple sauce, are among the appetizers. For dessert, they have a warm cronut sandwich with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
