PHOENIX, AZ - Barrel & Bushel, a bar-forward and locally influenced neighborhood diner in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, invites you to visit.

The restaurant debuted on Second Street between Adams and Monroe streets, within the refurbished Downtown Hyatt Regency Phoenix on December 26, 2019.

Their rustic-meets-modern design includes an indoor-outdoor bar concept that offers a pleasant, breezy ambience with an enormous street-level terrace with misters and a fire feature for year-round enjoyment.

Barrel & Bushel has an extensive craft beer list, including 11 Arizona breweries on tap, an excellent bourbon and whiskey collection, and an assortment of bright and inventive cocktails, in addition to American comfort-style cuisine.

Kale salad, as well as shared plates of beer shrimp and 72-hour pork belly with apple sauce, are among the appetizers. For dessert, they have a warm cronut sandwich with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Those with dietary sensitivities or preferences are not excluded from the menu. There are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan choices available. For the smaller ones, there's an all-day kid's menu with classics like mac 'n' cheese, an all-natural hot dog or chicken strips, a grass-fed beef burger, spaghetti, and more.

On the ground level of the hotel, in addition to the restaurant, a grab-and-go market has opened. This quick-stop shop, known as Barrel & Bushel Market, offers freshly prepared salads, pastries, yoghurts, sandwiches, and soups.

A range of eight house-made gelatos, as well as coffee beverages and local retail items like honey and spicy sauce, are also available.

The pleasant and experienced staff will lead local and visiting guests on a relaxed and delightful gastronomic journey to complement the experience.
