Spicy Tuna Roll Sushi from fresh caught OBX Tuna!

When you vacation in the outer banks you may take a charter trip after Yellowfin Tuna, or just buy some at a local market but these Spicy Tuna Rolls are great for beginning Sushi makers. It is a simple roll to make up and has an incredible flavor profile. You can control the heat as you make it. The tuna for this came from a fishing trip/video you can find in my profile where we left out of Oregon Inlet in Nags Head. An average size tuna is going to yield a LOT of meat! If you get more than one, make sure you either share them, or if you freeze them, use them up within the first 3 or 4 months. They freeze ok, but even vacuum sealed, they can get "fishy" if stored much longer than that. Eat 'em up or share them as soon as you can.
