Tautog Fishing at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel

Scott Gregg

Early spring Tautog fishing at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is usually what helps stir crazy anglers get warmed back up after the winter. These light biting but hard fighting bottom fish are a lot of fun, but a challenge to catch. This short trip got us some meat to take home and a fun time back on the water on a warm spring day. Virginia Outdoors with Scott Gregg. Exploring and participating in classic southern traditions of fishing, outdoor cooking and hunting. Scott believes that to keep these traditions alive, new people need to be able to both learn how to enjoy God's creation, and it's harvests, but also learn how to prepare those wonderful dishes that many people will never get to enjoy. Join us as we fish the salt and fresh waters of Virginia and the Outer Banks of NC and create amazing dishes with our catch! Scott is also Co-Captain of Wreckless Sport Fishing Charters, specializing in Flounder, Tilefish, Black Sea Bass, Trigger fish and Spade Fish.
