Join in for a Habitual Yoga session in Nature!

Yoga is one of the best health practices that one can do and imagine doing it amidst Nature. The benefits double, and you feel safe, calm, and composed in the laps of Nature. You can join in for a Habitual Yoga in Nature session on July 9, 2021, at 6.30 pm at Greatwoods Nature Inc.

The Habitual Yoga in Nature is a 60 minutes Yoga flow for all levels. You get a chance to connect and reconnect with Nature and the Earth. The Yoga session will also have an after-class discussion on your intentions, expressions, experience, and conscious awareness topics.

You can explore the mental, physical and emotional benefits of connection with Nature at the Habitual Yoga in Nature. One needs to register for the Yoga session and make sure you reach 10 minutes before the session. It is free of cost, and anyone can join in.
