He created the medicine Abraxane, which became well-known for its effectiveness against lung, breast, and pancreatic cancer. Patrick has been the number two billionaire in Los Angeles for the last two years as the number 1 spot was held by Elon Musk, but after Musk left for Texas he has risen to the top spot despite losing money compared to last year. According to the Los Angeles Business Journal, he was valued at $21.8 billion in 2020, but that figure has dropped 6 percent to $20.4 billion in 2021.
Sean Parker
As per his biography, Sean Parker was born in Herndon, Virginia on December 3, 1979. His upbringing was molded by academic challenges and asthma attacks that were sometimes so severe that he had to go to the hospital. He was an avid reader, and when he was seven years old, his father, a United States government oceanographer, began teaching him computer programming on an Atari 800.

David Geffen
As per his biography, David Lawrence Geffen, who was born on February 21, 1943, to Jewish parents, is widely regarded as the wealthiest person in the film industry. He is a business entrepreneur, producer, and film studio executive from the United States. In 1971, Geffen co-founded Asylum Records with Elliot Roberts, followed by Geffen Records in 1980, DGC Records in 1990, and DreamWorks SKG with Steven Spielberg in 1994.
The majority of David's wealth stems from his holdings in Apple Inc. and other investments he made after he exited the music business by selling Geffen Records in 1990. He co-founded DreamWorks with Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg four years later.
