Living off grid in Minnesota: answering 10 Questions

Five years ago we left life in the Twin Cities to move off grid. In this episode we answer some questions posed to us by the internet.

Documenting life off grid in a 12x36 tiny cabin, in northern Minnesota. We have solar, an outhouse, composting toilet, pigs, a cow, chickens, rabbits, home-schooled kids and 20 acres of land. And a fishing boat. Our projects are similar to slow cooked pork, we take our time and check on them every now and then, when they're done everyone is hungry. We are doing this to be debt free and for our children, their minds, bodies and soul
