If your kids love sweets and you're into cars, the upcoming trunk or treat & car show at Grace Church Lancaster is an event worth checking out. This Saturday, October 30, the church has a fall event that's geared towards family and car enthusiasts.

The event is free, and it's packed with activities for kids, such as bounce house and games, and there's also food and music, all to bring those good fall vibes. And of course one of the highlights, trunk or treat, where

Top cars awarded

If you want to show off your car, there's room for that too. If you're planning on entering your car, it can be pre-registered and to get good parking, show up by 9:30 am for the best spots to display your vehicle.

Cars entered will be judged at 1 pm, and there's an award ceremony once the top-three cars have been decided.

The event will be held on October 30th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Grace Church located at 911 Rohrerstown Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601.

Field of Screams

If you prefer all the scary stuff, when it comes to terrifying thrills and spine-tingling chills, Field of Screams will not disappoint. This place has been voted America's number 1 haunted attraction by USA Today. Field of Screams is celebrating its 29th Season with four Haunted Experiences and an impressive Midway Area. This place loves to scare you and during its course of time, Field of Screams has scared over 1 million visitors, local as well as out-of-towners. One of their top attractions is the Haunted Hayride. Here, there is no turning back as the tractor-pulled wagons take you on a horrifying hayride into the depths of our dark and sinister cornfield.

Some attractions are open rain or shine. The Den of Darkness and the Frightmare Asylum never close due to rain. The Haunted Hayride and Nocturnal Wasteland will remain open during rain but will close if it begins to lightning or if the weather becomes severe.

Corn Cob Acres

It is up to parents to judge if their kids should come to Field of Screams or not. Their policy is that they don’t recommend the attractions for children under 10 years old. Instead, they offer Corn Cob Acres, a non-scary daytime alternative with a ton of kid-friendly games and fun stuff. Some of the activities include an animal barrel train, cornfield trail, hayrides, and more.

Field of Screams and Corn Cob Acres is located in Lancaster, PA in the town of Mountville, at 191 College Avenue, PA 17554.
