This Chinese Style Steamed Fish is Bursting with Flavor

Steam your fish in the oven like you normally would (for fish this size we steamed at 325 for 45 minutes. In the meantime make your curry sauce, we used red curry paste and coconut milk and added cooked lobster. When your fish is done top with cilantro and green onion and pour the curry over the top to soften the herbs.
